TONGSENG DAGING SAPI Print E-mail

Bahan :

500 gr daging sapi, potong2

150 gr daun kol

2 lbr daun salam

1 sdm air asam

1 btg serai, memarkan

5 sdm kecap manis

20 bh cabai rawit

1 ltr air

6 bh bawang merah, iris tipis

garam & gula pasir, sesuai selera

 

Bumbu dihaluskan :

3 siung bawang putih

1 sdt merica bulat

1 sdt ketumbar sangrai

1 sdt jahe

½ sdm irisan lengkuas

 

Cara Buat :

  1. Tumis bawang merah dg 3 sdm minyak goreng, hingga kuning
  2. Masukkan bumbu halus, daun salam & serai
  3. Setelah harum, masukkan daging, masak hingga berubah warna
  4. Masukkan air, kecap manis & air asam, masak hingga daging lunak
  5. Sebelum kuah habis, masukkan cabe rawit & kol, garam & gula pasir
